Slice of 408: Anywhere in Time and Space
Sep17
“It’s called the TARDIS. It can travel anywhere in time and space. And it’s mine.” — The Eleventh Doctor, The Snowmen
It’s hard to find titles with the words Time and Space in them. Good thing there’s Doctor Who. I’ve been a fan of sci-fi since the dawn of my conscious mind. And my first taste of it will always be Star Trek, the Original Series. Kirk and Spock and Bones and Uhura and Scotty. Special mention goes to Hikaru Sulu, who is half-Japanese and half-Filipino (don’t you know).
Which comes to my character Charlie having the same lineage.
Quote in the strip is from “The Wizard of Oz” of course, by Dorothy, as portrayed by the late, great Judy Garland.
